The street parking is plentiful on Edgemont and Heliotrope. Absolutely no parking in the laundry lot - we love our laundromat neighbors and want to stay friends. Unless you’re doing your laundry during class - no parking. They will tow you.
Class Style & Philosophy
-
Traditional yoga focuses on a balanced blend of the eight limbs of yoga—including physical postures (asana), breath control (pranayama), meditation, and ethical principles—rather than just a physical workout. Classes are music, mirror and artificial heat free.
-
Instructors may offer gentle, respectful hands-on guidance or physical assists to help with alignment. You can always let your teacher know before class if you prefer not to receive physical adjustments.
-
You can reserve your spot online through website or drop in before class. We accept online card payments and in-studio options.
-
If you pre-register for a class or workshop, please cancel at least two hours in advance to return the credit to your account or receive a refund.
-
Please consult your physician first, and inform your teacher before class begins so they can offer safe modifications or alternative practices.
